Yes, all of our products ship free, the Face Mask, Neck &amp; Chest Mask, and SciLight Pro panels, as well as wholesale orders.Standard order processing takes 1 to 2 business days, followed by 2 to 3 business days to arrive within the US. We don&apos;t currently offer expedited shipping as a paid option.

Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return, and we&apos;ll walk you through the steps and provide return instructions.What happens next: Once you reach out and if you are within the 60 day free trial period, we&apos;ll send you a prepaid return label at no cost to you.Packing your return: Pack the items in the original box if you still have it, and attach the provided prepaid label.What must be included to guarantee a full refund: All items from your order, the mask(s), remote(s), and USB-C cord(s). Missing items may result in a partial or delayed refund.Processing and refund timeline: Once we receive your return, processing can take up to 7 business days. Once processed, we&apos;ll issue your full refund to your original payment method with no restocking fee, typically appearing within 7 to 10 business days. You&apos;ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
