Your Neck and Chest Mask is ready to use out of the box but we recommend charging the remote fully before the first session (visit the Charging your devices for the first time article for more details).

1. Once the remote is fully charged, be sure to remove it completely from the charger.
2. Connect the Neck and Chest Mask's cord to the remote. Important: plug the cord into one of the top device ports, not the bottom port — the bottom port is used for charging only. If the remote powers on but the mask doesn't light up, this is almost always the cause.
3. Power on and begin your session.
