How to select the right treatment for youUpdated 2 days ago

Not sure whether to reach for the Laser Pro Mask or the Neck and Chest Mask, or which mode to use once you've picked one or both? Here's how to choose based on what you're targeting.

Start with your concern

  • Anti-aging, wrinkles, fine lines, radiance? Use the Laser Pro Mask on Mode 1 (red + near-infrared light).
  • Acne, breakouts, blemish-prone skin? Use the Laser Pro Mask on Mode 2 (blue light).
  • Neck, chest, or décolletage concerns? Use the Neck and Chest Mask. It runs a single automatic cycle that covers red/infrared, blue, and orange light in sequence, so there's no mode to choose, just turn it on and let the full cycle run.

If you're working on more than one concern, you can alternate which mode you use by day, or split a single Laser Pro Mask session between both modes.

Laser Pro Mask: Choosing a mode

ModeLightBest for
Mode 1Red + Near-InfraredAnti-aging, wrinkles, fine lines, radiance
Mode 2BlueAcne, breakouts

Select your mode using the remote's mode button (M), or by using voice control on the mask itself. To learn more, visit the Help Center article on Voice commands for your Laser Pro Mask.

Laser Pro Mask: Choosing a brightness

Once you've picked a mode, you'll also choose a brightness level: Low, Medium, or High.

We recommend starting on low or medium and working your way up to high over time. Whichever level you choose, you're still getting all the same wavelengths every session, the brightness setting simply adjusts how much power is delivered.

Neck and Chest Mask

The Neck and Chest Mask runs a fixed, automatic 20-minute cycle:

  1. Stage 1 (10 minutes): Red + infrared light, for circulation and collagen production
  2. Stage 2 (5 minutes): Blue light, for acne reduction and skin purification
  3. Stage 3 (5 minutes): Orange light, for radiance and overall skin health

The light changing color partway through is completely normal, it's part of the built-in cycle, not a sign of a problem.

If you'd prefer more control than the automatic cycle, a manual mode is also available.

  • Brightness: use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust.
  • Time: use the "T" button to set your session length.
  • Mode: use the "M" button to select your treatment light.
