Before your first session, your Laser Pro and Neck and Chest Mask is ready to use out of the box, but we recommend charging the devices fully before the first session.

Here's how to do it for each.

Laser Pro Mask

1. Connect the mask to its USB-C cable, then plug the other end into a wall outlet.
2. Watch the indicator light: red means it's charging, green means it's fully charged.
3. A full charge takes about 3 hours.
4. Once the light turns green, unplug the mask from the charger. The mask cannot be used while it's plugged in and charging, unplugging is a required step.
5. Once fully charged, the mask holds about 30 minutes of use, roughly three 10-minute sessions, before it needs to be charged again.

Neck and Chest Mask

1. Locate the two ports on the remote: the bottom port is for charging only, and the top port (along with a second identical backup port) is for connecting the device itself. Make sure you're using the charging cable in the bottom port.
2. Connect the included USB-C cable to the remote and plug it into a wall outlet.
3. Once charging is complete, unplug the remote from the charger completely before use, like the Face Mask, it runs on its battery, not while plugged in.
